Yes. You have a 14-day withdrawal right from subscription. If you requested immediate execution of the service, a refund proportional to the service not consumed is calculated. To exercise it, use the dedicated button in Settings > Billing or contact us by email.

Your resumes are encrypted and stored on secure servers in the European Union. Your resume is never used to train the AI, nor shared with third parties. Per GDPR, you can export or delete all your data in 1 click from your account Settings. Payments are secured by Stripe — we don't store any payment details.
