Hereinafter referred to as "CandidIA" or "the Seller".

CandidIA is a SaaS (Software as a Service) artificial intelligence service that lets job seekers optimize their resumes and cover letters for each posting, manage their application pipeline, simulate interviews and receive personalized AI coaching.

The service is accessible via the website candidia.eu and is intended for individuals residing primarily in France and Switzerland, as well as any French-speaking person.

CandidIA offers three plans:

• Free — limited access, no subscription or credit card required.
• Pro at €9.99/month — unlimited optimizations, Kanban pipeline, job alerts, salary insights and more.
• Premium at €29.99/month — every Pro feature plus advanced AI interview simulations, 2-minute pitch, STAR training, detailed debrief and unlimited AI coach.

We also offer credit packs as one-time purchases, for users who prefer occasional use without a subscription.

All prices displayed on candidia.eu are in euros, VAT included (VAT applicable under current legislation). CandidIA reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with at least 30 days notice communicated by email.

Accepted payment methods are: Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. Payments are charged immediately upon subscription, then automatically at each monthly renewal for subscriptions.

In case of payment failure (expired card, exceeded limit, etc.), CandidIA notifies the user by email. After several unsuccessful attempts, access to paid features may be temporarily suspended.

Pro and Premium subscriptions are commitment-free, with automatic monthly renewal. The billing period begins on the subscription date and renews each month on the same date.

The subscription provides access to all features of the chosen plan as soon as the payment is validated, with no activation delay.

When moving from a lower plan to a higher plan (upgrade), the difference is prorated based on the time remaining in the current period. When moving to a lower plan (downgrade), the change takes effect at the end of the current period.

Credit packs are one-time purchases that let you run additional optimizations beyond the quota included in your plan.

Credits do not expire, are non-refundable once used, and are non-transferable to a third party. Unused credits remain available on your account even if you change plans.

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer customer has a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the contract is entered into (subscription date), without having to justify the decision.

Upon subscription, the customer is invited to expressly request immediate commencement of service execution before the end of the withdrawal period. This request is collected via a checkbox separate from acceptance of these terms of sale.

If the customer has not requested immediate execution of the service, no amount is due in case of withdrawal within the legal period. The refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal request, using the original payment method.

To exercise this right, the customer can use the "Exercise my right of withdrawal" button in their Billing area (Settings → Billing), or send an email to candidia.heny@gmail.com stating their name, email address and subscription date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, without notice, directly from your customer area (Settings → Billing → Manage my subscription) or via the Stripe portal accessible from your account.

The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current already-billed period. You continue to enjoy all the features of your plan until that date. No prorated refund is applied for the remaining period, except under the 14-day right of withdrawal described in article 6.

After cancellation, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. Your data and applications remain accessible in accordance with our privacy policy.

CandidIA undertakes to provide a quality service and to maintain maximum platform availability. However, CandidIA cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions related to maintenance operations, technical incidents or external causes (host outages, etc.).

Content generated by artificial intelligence (optimized resumes, cover letters, analyses) is provided as drafting assistance. The user remains solely responsible for the truthfulness of the information they submit and for the ultimate use of the generated documents.

CandidIA does not guarantee obtaining a job or an interview. Results depend on many factors independent of our service (job market, candidate profile, recruiter decisions).

Within the limits permitted by law, CandidIA's liability shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

As part of providing the service, CandidIA collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Your data is hosted on servers located in the European Union and is never resold or used for external purposes. You have a right of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data.

In case of dispute between CandidIA and a consumer, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. To do so, contact us at candidia.heny@gmail.com. We undertake to respond to you within 5 business days.

These Terms of Sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute not resolved amicably, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of Paris, France.

CandidIA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial modification by email or via a notification on the platform, with 30 daysnotice. The version in effect is the one accessible at candidia.eu/cgv on the date of the transaction.
